Policy to combat violence and harassment in the workplace

Dragées Hatziyiannakis has adopted this Policy to Combat Violence and Harassment in the Workplace, which has been adapted according to Articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021 (Government Gazette A 101/19.6.2021), Decision 82063/2021 (Government Gazette B 505911.11.2021) by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, as well as international best practices.


Complaint submission and management Procedure

The complaint submission and management procedure is the mechanism through which our employees and customers can express any concerns or remarks, while ensuring that their voice is heard and that their concerns are addressed diligently and transparently. The company accepts and manages complaints related to violations of its Policies, Procedures and the Frameworks of the applicable legislation.


Policy on Human rights and responsible business conduct

Our Policy on Human Rights and Responsible Business Conduct reflects our determination to do business in a fair manner and with respect towards people and the environment. The company has developed and it commits to principles and standards of good practices, in accordance with the applicable European and national legislation and internationally recognized standards, the principles stemming from the “OECD Due Diligence Guidance”.
